This is a 90 minute comprehensive healing experience that blends Reiki, psychic intuitive guidance, energy clearing, sound healing, and crystal work. Each session includes a unique combination of these modalities based on what your energy needs that day.

I move through your energy field using my hands, my intuition, and the tools that call to me in the moment. This may look like releasing heavy or stagnant energy, grounding your system, activating certain areas, or supporting emotional integration — whatever best serves you in the moment.

I may also channel intuitive messages during the session, and we close with a grounding conversation about what surfaced, what your energy is communicating, and how to support yourself moving forward.
