At-home healing sessions offer a deeply nurturing and personalized experience within the comfort of your own space. I bring everything needed for the session, including the healing table and all supplies, and take care of setup and breakdown so you can fully relax and receive.

This offering allows your chosen session to unfold in an environment where your body and nervous system already feel safe. Being in your home supports deeper relaxation, grounding, and ease, allowing the work to meet you exactly where you are.

For your session, you’ll want a quiet space with enough room for the table and space to move comfortably around it. Soft lighting and a calm environment are helpful, but no special preparation is required beyond creating a space where you feel at ease.

No prior experience with energy work or healing sessions is needed. There is nothing you need to do or prepare—simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to receive.

After your session, you may feel relaxed, emotionally lighter, or more grounded. Gentle integration is encouraged, including hydration, rest, and allowing space for anything that arises.

At-home sessions are ideal for those seeking a private, supportive healing experience without the need to travel.

At-home sessions include travel, setup, and breakdown time. A flat $50 at-home session fee is added to the cost of your selected offering.

A travel fee applies for locations more than 15 miles from the studio and is based on distance. All pricing will be shared prior to booking.
