All offerings are available both in person and through distance healing, with the exception of the Cosmic Realignment Experience.

Distance healing sessions offer the same energetic benefits as in-person work. Energy is not limited by physical distance, allowing the Reiki to flow just as effectively whether we are together in the physical space or connecting remotely.

We will meet via Zoom or FaceTime and move through the session in the same way we would in person. You’ll be guided into a relaxed state while Reiki is channeled into your energy field.

For your session, you’ll want to be in a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruption. Many clients choose to lie down or sit comfortably, but you’re welcome to do whatever feels most supportive to your body. Headphones are optional, and no special setup is required.

No prior Reiki experience is needed. There is nothing you need to prepare or perform—simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to receive.

After your session, you may feel deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, or in need of rest. Gentle integration is encouraged, including hydration, quiet time, and honoring anything that arises.

Pricing for distance healing sessions is the same as in-person offerings.
